Do these cards comes with envelopes?
All of our wedding invitations, evening invitations and thank you cards come with matching envelopes. Our reply cards also come with matching envelopes that are pre-printed with your reply address.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are despatched within ten working days.
Do you supply order of services
Most of our ranges of wedding stationery have matching order of services and menus. At the moment we are still developing our website to include these. In the mean time we are taking orders either by email or phone. Please do not hesitate to contact us for prices and further information.
Will I need to use 'large letter' stamps?
We recommend that you check on the royal mail website to see if you might need to use 'large letter' stamps before posting your wedding stationery. Even if the envelope size is within the 'letter' size guide it still might be counted as a 'large letter' if you include a reply card and reply envelope. If you are in any doubt, use 'large letter' stamps.
Do you have a printed brochure?
We don't have a printed brochure. Our website has been designed to try and show each product in the greatest detail possible with closeup photography of any important design features.
Can I have samples?
We are usually able to supply a sample for most of our ranges. Please email us with your address and the name of the range you are interested in, or use the form on our 'contact us' page. Depending on the range you choose, the inside of the sample invitation will either be blank or will feature generic example text. We cannot supply a sample of your personalised design.
Is my email address safe with you?
We will never pass your email address on to a third party and we never send random marketing emails. We hate spam as much as you do.
